This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi in rooms, flat-screen tv, and an electric kettle. I remember my first stay when the staff helped with an insect bite. I highly recommend it for its comfort. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Clean and modern rooms with a welcoming atmosphere.
The lack of recreational facilities made our stay less comfortable, as we felt confined to our small room, especially with a child. the breakfast area felt cramped with close proximity to other guests, making it uncomfortable for those who prefer solitude. The owner's eagerness to engage was overwhelming and intrusive, affecting our privacy considerably.

Had a great time with my friends at this place! Simon was really welcoming, and our family suite was perfect for our needs. We were so close to the beach and nearby attractions like the donkey rides. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and very filling!
One downside was that my room felt a bit snug, especially the ensuite bathroom which was tight for space. Just something to keep in mind if you're on the taller side!

The cleanliness of the room and the welcoming atmosphere stood out, contributing to a pleasant experience. Breakfast options were satisfactory, although those with larger appetites might find it insufficient. It's worth noting the lack of parking at the property, which required payment for nearby street parking. the owner’s tendency to intrude on personal space, such as entering the room without prior notice, was unsettling.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Simon's warm hospitality and the delightful breakfast were highlights, though the room felt a bit cramped for two. Despite this, the attention to detail was impressive and made for a pleasant stay overall.

comfortable stay but limited dining options
The room was spacious and very clean, providing a cozy atmosphere throughout my stay. The owner went above and beyond by bringing in a mini fridge and microwave due to the nearby shops closing early! Breakfast options were delightful, with a delicious full English offering that I truly enjoyed. the sea view from the room was a lovely touch that enhanced the experience.
Dining options were quite limited nearby during my stay.
